Healing Depression and Bipolar
Mental Illness can be reversed naturally without drugs and chemicals

Much can be accomplished to treat this mental illness without the general protocol of conventional Psychiatrists, that were basically trained to treat patients with the use of pharmaceutical drugs or other severe, invasive treatments. Many modern doctors are now looking at holistic and "complimentary" therapies, yet much more can be done in that direction.

Brain and neurological disorders are sometimes very complex, as no two patients are alike. Because of this, the holistic approach of looking at numerous aspects of body, mind, spirit and emotional aspects of our life give a more validated and diverse look at what will truly heal people of mental illnesses. This article is being improved all the time, and will eventually include many more approaches, with the broader goals of giving people suffering mental challenges a more natural, healthy way of healing.

No two bodies are alike, so there is really no one modality that works to reverse mental illness in all cases. One needs to really spend more time than just a few minutes in an office to really understand what is causing the problem or why people suffer from bi-polar or other challenges, like manic, depressive or schizophrenic disorders.

One modality that seems to work well - Quit suggesting to yourself that you are depressed or angry, and simply quit allowing yourself to get out of control. You know your body better than anyone, and you know you can get better if "they" would simply know what it is that bothers you. It does no one any good to dwell on it - simply get over it, and get on with your life. There IS light and the "end of the tunnel" - just know that, and set your goal on being normal again, so you can be appreciated better, and be a productive individual.

Conceding defeat by taking the drugs, and thinking you need them to cope is simply a cop -out. Go out and "run it off", and do something you like to do, simply to get your mind off the problems. They will disappear when you take responsibility, and quit dwelling on the challenges that ALL people have at times. You can do it. Just know that.

Please stop back shortly for added information and scroll down for links to numerous alternatives that are available. In the mean time, thank you for your patience, as it has taken a considerable amount of time to just get done what already has been made available at this important site.

Sincerely, your Editor, Dr. Dennis Knicely
